Orijawa is a company that sells accessories and household appliances online with COD payments. In the process of receiving
orders, customers will contact CS using WhatsApp. This process is considered time-consuming because CS needs to calculate the
package value and get customer approval. Financial recording by the Administration is still using Ms. Excel so there may be errors in
recording unbalanced accounts. So we need a web-based application that can replace WhatsApp in receiving orders to manage financial data. This application is designed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and data storage using MySQL. Testing on the application is carried out using the black box testing method.
