This employee performance appraisal system is web-based using PHP and Mysql DBMS. Performance appraisals are carried out based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and can be used to increase the objectivity of performance appraisals, identify the abilities of each employee and make decisions about granting bonuses. Users of this system are leaders, managers, employees and administration. Based on the test results, DF Company employees agree with the new assessment system on the grounds that with this system employees better understand work priorities and can see the value of each individual's work results.
