This system functions to manage service requests at car repair shops, starting from customer registration, service requests, customer registration recaps, arrival or queue information, validation, mechanic determination, spk creation, bill creation, service reports, spare parts data collection, service history. This system was built using the Codeignater framework, PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS. Users of this system are Owner, administration and customers.
