The purpose of this research is to assess the maturity of PT PBR Boyolali's company information system in human resource management and provide recommendations on the assessment results to balance diversity in each business unit with demands for overall system uniformity and information system improvement. In this research, the COBIT 2019 framework is used as an evaluation tool to assess information system performance. This research focuses on evaluating the Human Resources Information Payroll System (HRIPS) used by companies.
