In this era of globalization, every company needs fast and accurate information. One of the pieces of information a company needs is customer order data information. VW Project Malang is a company operating in the convection sector. Currently, VW Project Malang still does not have an information system that can support efficient processing of customer order data, this is the reason for this research. Researchers carried out analysis using the gap analysis method which compares current conditions with expected conditions. So the Website-based Order Information System at the VW Project Malang was designed and created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, with the aim of being able to be applied easily by users. The final result of this research is the production of a Website as an Information System that can make it easier for Admin, Customer Service, and other divisions in the process of processing customer order data on the VW Project Malang so that it becomes more structured, starting from displaying information about customer data, transaction data, and production progress of the transaction. So that when management needs transaction report data, the data search process will be more efficient and effective.
