IT has become a strategic asset for competitive advantage, but success requires effective governance. COBIT 2019, ISACA’s global framework, ensures alignment of IT with business goals through flexible design factors. Key domains include APO11 (Managed Quality), which secures service reliability, and EDM05 (Stakeholder Engagement), which promotes transparency and communication. In Pharmacy X, the Farmasoft system supports stock and patient services, yet its effectiveness must be evaluated. This study measures IT governance capability using COBIT 2019, focusing on APO11 and EDM05.
